Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Everyday, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
Delivery Times
We source our products from several vendors within the US, Europe and Asia. This allows us to offer wholesale prices and high quality products with good design. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, the estimated time of arrival (ETA) is typically 9 -15 working days for any items that may ship from our international warehouses. We will email you a tracking number, usually one day after your order has been placed.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and local post process the orders, which can take an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery can take up to 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. * Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. However, packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
** Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
*** Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.

If you live outside our Free Delivery shipping zones, don't fret, you still benefit from low cost, competitive shipping rates. We offer a low flat rate shipping fee depending on country.
