Returns & Cancellations
Any items returned for refund or exchange must be in original/fully resalable condition and any labels intact.
RETURN BY POST
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used, however you will be responsible for the postage and any associated cost and risk of the return of the goods to us. You must ensure the products are received by our Returns Team within 30 days of receipt of your order otherwise your refund may be refused. It is highly recommended that you return the items via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage.
If you return your purchase by post after the time period outlined above, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. In these circumstances we may instead return your purchase to you and prior to sending it, you will be charged the delivery fee applicable to the products and your location.
A refund will be credited to your original payment method within 30 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods. Please note some banks may take longer to credit your account. We are not liable and cannot take any responsibility for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
We recommend that you return the items via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage.
At the discretion of Hello Miss Parker, under special circumstances and subject to written consent, a grace period beyond 30 calendar days for returns will be allowed. Please contact us immediately if you have special circumstances which need consideration. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS
Step 1 – Fill your returns form
Print your e-receipt which has been emailed to you, on your Order Dispatch email.
Complete the returns information and include this in the parcel before repacking.
Step 2 – Post your parcel
Take the parcel to your local Post Office
Remember to ask for proof of postage.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the items by post or courier. We recommend that you return the items via a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage. Some items must be returned directly to the supplier, please check your Order Receipt for details.
It is your responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties and taxes incurred to return your item.

- Gifts Cards & Gift Vouchers
- Unsealed cosmetics
- Unsealed personal grooming products
- Pierced earrings
- Perishables
- Free items
- Made to measure or personalised items
- Unsealed lingerie
- Unsealed Hosiery
- Unsealed Swimwear
- Visibly Worn Clothing including Shoes
UK and EU customers have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Consumer Contract Regulations 2013”).
In addition to our Good Faith Returns Policy, when you purchase an order online or by phone you have a statutory right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without any reason.
After notifying us of your intent to cancel you have a further 14 calendar days to return the item(s) to us, at your own cost, for a full refund.

Restrictions on Cancellation
Orders of made to measure or personalised items or perishable goods (such as hampers) or items sealed for personal hygiene reasons (which have been unsealed) may not be cancelled unless they are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Effect of Cancellation
Within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of postage (whichever is earliest) we shall refund the amount for the item(s), including a refund to the value of our standard delivery charge if you are returning your full order, without undue delay.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method you used to make the order.
We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when you are only cancelling part of your order.
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss of value caused by your damage and/or unnecessary handling.
